Users having trouble accessing shared Sheet
Hi,
Some of my users are having problems accessing our Sheet. When they use the link sent in the original invitation email, they can get to the shared sheet with no problem.
When they log into Zoho without using that link, the sheet doesn't appear in their shared folder.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
