Users Last Login Report

I'm a ex-salesforce user and we used to have the ability to quickly export a list of active users including the last time the logged in. If a user was not taking advantage of the system we could easily see from the report.

I've been hunting around, but I don't see. Forgive me if it's right under my nose...
