Users/Mail Administration/Change Login Email IDs - why?
I don't understand why in Zoho business there are 3 different menu items for user/domain management when one would be better and more understandable.
Furthermore, under users my login id is listed as having one email address, and under mail administration it is listed as having another with no way to change it.
Now I am looking to change from google apps to something else, and zoho looks promising but they need to sort out all these things and make the system at least as easy to configure as google apps or there is no point for me to move.
At the moment this is alpha software. And in it's current state I cannot trust my email to a system this confusing and non consistant.
Also IMAP in my opinion is a must, and mail, especially for business, should have never been launched without it.
And why isn't there an option in pull your pop3 mail into an existing mailbox instead of having a whole separate mailbox for it?
So for now I will play around with it, but my mail stays with google until zoho decide to do things in a better and easier to administer manner.
