Users not able to see Business Messages

Users not able to see Business Messages

Hi Community!

I hope this message finds you well. We are facing the following issue with the Business Messages module.

Some users have reported that when they enter here, they see no records. This is strange because they have full access permissions, including view/edit/send. THey even get the contact records automatically created assigned. But they cant see the details in the Message module. It seems to be a configuration issue. Any advise on what might be wrong and how to solve it?
