Not a subscription issue: We pay for 8 subscriptions. We have 1 admin + 4 real users + 1 test user, making 6 used subscriptions.
Not an email issue on our end: I have checked the server logs, I can see previous invite emails, but no emails received since having my second problem.
Problems:
- I recently tested functionality, creating two test accounts. During this time, we had 7 subs used.
- After testing, I deleted the two accounts. This was so I could record setup from a fresh start.
- Problem 1: Upon re-adding one of the accounts, it did not go through a new user setup. It acted like I never deleted the account. I got an invitation email, but no prompt for a password.
- So I removed that account again, and I created a new email account
- Problem 2: Email invitations are not being sent, no matter what account I make. The Zoho CRM says "Invitation sent successfully" but no emails are sent.
