users & organizations

We have a number of employees in our company that have individual trial version of Forms and so by default they are the Super Admin of their own organization. We now want to bring these users into our company licensed version and make them users or admins. How do they disconnect from their trial versions and join the main company organization? On a related note, can they move forms created in their version to the company organization? Thanks.
