Users, roles and Business Units

Users, roles and Business Units

Hello,

We are moving our organization from MS CRM4 to Zoho, and we would like to reflect the same hierarchy we had in CRM4.

This hierarchy was a "tree":

1.- The HQ Business Unit was at the top of the tree

2.- Different Second Level Business Units are below HQ

3.- There can be even third level BUs below under these second-level BUs.

We also have different MS CRM roles:

1.- CEO: full Access to all records from all BUs.

2.- BU Manager: full access to all records in his BU and BUs below.

3.- SalesPerson: full access to only his own records.


How can this schema be reflected in Zoho CRM? I have been revieweing the profiles, roles and group definitions but still I am nor sure I have understoo it correctl.
