I need to create two new users for Zoho (one currently active)

I can create these - but by default they are created with:

- Role = CEO

- Profile = Admin

Have reviewed the online manuals, but the options described to create or edit Roles & Profiles are not there

Also - is it possible to set security by Profile (or role) - e.g. no data export

I use the 'old free' edition with some paid add-ons

Would appreciate any guidance that can be offered
