Using a Customer’s Existing Email Address for Lead Generation

Since  ZOHO CRM already syncs with a my existing email then maybe it’s possible that ZOHO could generate leads from it, too. Email Campaigns are critical for my business.

Here’s how I thought might work.

E-mail addresses of incoming messages (that have no spam tags) can be checked for duplicates inside of ZOHO CRM.  Any address that doesn’t already exist, can be placed in some kind of separate queue so the I can review them and convert the desired emails into leads (and I could delete the ones I don't want).

Same goes for outgoing messages.  They can be checked for duplicates and placed in the same queue.
