Using a setup someone else has

I know someone who has Zoho CRM set up pretty much how I want it, is it possible to take their setup and easily apply it without having to create all the things again. I guess that it would ideally be a case of taking the structure but none of the data and then repopulating it, but not sure if that is possible as it would be with something like Microsoft Access.
