So we wish to create a mail merge template document in our Potentials module titled something like Project Walk Through Sign Off.  Somehow we'd like for it to be a mail merge doc that would pull in info from the Potential that we may need to populate before our actual final walk through visit.  Once on site we would need to pull up the document on a tablet (android version of CRM app) and have the customer sign off (Zoho Sign) on the project.

Is this all possible?  What's the best way to accomplish this?  Thanks!
