We are having problems with staff being overwhelmed with "prospects", "accounts", "contacts". Has anybody just put everything into contacts only? Our deals are not recording well in ZOHO CRM because they are small and often ongoing. We are establishing relationships with clients and the estimate and invoices is run through a different program that doesn't play well with Zoho.

So does anyone just use one module for the database?
