Hi I have created a database for a community organisation that I'm running - the database contains contact detail (inc email address) for each member.

 

I would like to use Zoho Calender to manage the norification/sharing of community events that are planned. 

 

HOWEVER, is there a way to invite or notify the contacts within Zoho Creator of the events I am creating within Zoho Calender?

 

I have a work-around (download user email addresses and then upload into Zoho Calender) but it's not pretty and every time I had a new user to the database I'll have to update the contact list in Calender.

 

Any help would be most apprecaited.
