Newbie to CRM here.
The business we are trying to use ZohoCRM is an apartment locating business. Not quite sure how to "label" the different stakeholders in our business model.
Our "customers" are apartment management companies and property managers.
Our "product" are folks looking to find an apartment to rent.
Our service is matching our customers with our product - we receive a fee for this service.
I'm trying to figure out what would be the best way to integrate these entities into the CRM product.
Right now we are entering as "Leads" all of the potential renters that contact us and need our help locating an apartment - we started turning them into "potentials" if they progressed - here's the question - don't know what the next step would be once they move in. We cannot have a company for each tenant...once they move in they are no longer "potentials" though so what do I do with them?
