I am looking for some advice as to how I can setup Zoho CRM:
I am a 'Consumer' to 'Business' e-commerce's platform where a 'Consumer' will list an item (e.g. a watch), and 'Businesses' specialising in watches will provide a valuation of the item . I am looking to store both information:
1. Consumer - these are individuals
2. Business - these are companies with potentially multiple contacts.
What is the best way to do this? I was planning on creating a new field in 'Contacts', which is known as 'Contact Type' to filter against consumer contacts and business contacts.
I was not sure if I should setup businesses as an 'Account' or 'Vendor' in Zoho? The main reason for this question is I am looking to use projects or opportunities to manage the workflow process of retrieving offers on an item.
