As I have described on another post, I am struggling to adopt Zoho CRM because it has no capacity to associate multiple email addresses to accounts, and integrate email from multiple Contacts into account records (e.g. you have three Contacts associated to an account, why can't it associate all their email to the account record?!).

Therefore I am looking for a workaround, and wondered... is there a way to write some custom code/custom module magic that could perhaps associate emails via the subject line?

If so, it might then be possible to use custom codes in email subjects to associate emails, e.g. all emails regarding account record 12345 have "ACC12345" in the email subject, e.g. an email subject as "ACC12345 - Meeting tomorrow about Zoho CRM" would then be visible in the record for account record 12345.

Is this possible via any means? e.g. custom module, extra code, etc. etc.?

I still can't believe Zoho CRM doesn't have this functionality built-in but I still want to use Zoho CRM if I can get around this issue...
