I currently subscribe to a service called Reply.io.  There are others like PersistIQ. They send a series of emails to a list or individual until they open and then they stop. 

I'd love to be able to set up the same types of automations in Zoho CRM by using the email clicks and opens as triggers in automations. Then I could duplicate what I already have and save some money.

This would be great add-on value for new customers looking at a CRM and wanting to use an email SaS solution as I mentioned above.

Any plans to do something like this?
