Using Fields to create a chart

      Hi is it possible to have a number of fields whos values would show up below in a chart for historical reasons.
for example,I am selling a number of variable priced products. I want to be able to enter the day, the product and the price paid, by that customer and for me to see that in a chart form. (see below). 


Is this possible?
