Hi,

 

can you explain how the Forecast is supposed to work? What do the different categories (best case, committed, pipeline) mean? What is the difference between a Potential that is "checked" as Closed and assigning the Forecast category "Committed" to a Potential?

 

It would be nice to create a user manual.
