Using FREE edition and PAID edition CRM

Using FREE edition and PAID edition CRM

Is it possible for other users to use FREE Edition and the administrator will use the PAID edition to consolidate all the data?
We prefer to use the FREE edition because this users will only input the Leads, Account, and Potentials.
The administrator will be the one to consolidate all the data and generate the reports and other field like Products etc.
