Using Google Sites, Zoho Sites, or Zoho Learn for documenting team processes

Hello,

Our company is making an emphasis on documenting processes better. I know some companies have an internal site that pulls together various links to show all company processes and workflows. This then has better flow and user experience as opposed to trying to find the right link in a Google Drive. I am curious if any of you have done something similar for documenting processes or onboarding information and if you use Zoho Sites, Zoho Learn, or Google Sites to do this. Thank you.
