using html in Set Email Notification creates blank email
When trying to create a new email notification, normally i just copy an old one and paste it into the new email notification. today i can't even open an old email notification to copy it, and i've tried from three different browsers. also today, as an alternative i copied an old html formatted email from my inbox and customized it. when i saved it, all the information disappeared and the email is blank the next time i open it. if i create an email notification with unformatted text, it seems to work okay. HOWEVER i cannot then put an image into the email. i notice the interface has changed somewhat. has there been an upgrade that might be causing this problem?
