Using IIS to connect to CRM from outside Network, issues

Hello,
I have a small computer running Zoho CRM for my company. The pc is running XP Pro, with IIS with a static IP. By default its running localhost:8080. I can connect to it locally within the network, ex. 192.168.1.8:8080 and it connects just fine.
When I try to access it outside of the network, it will not load.
I have the local path set in IIS to C:\AdventNet\ZohoCRM\webapps\crm\html
The default document is set to welcome.html
Then i have port 801 opened on my router and windows firewall. So when you access my static IP:801, it loads the welcome.html, but the problem is, welcome.html loads the HomePage.do, and thats when I hit an error. What do I have configured wrong or can you not access the CRM program outside of the network it is on?
