Using Mobile App and Outlook for mail

Using Mobile App and Outlook for mail

If I use the mobile app to check my mail when I am out-and-about then it doesn't subsequently come through on Outlook. 

How can I set it up to receive on Outlook even if I have looked at the mail on the app?

Any ideas?
