Using my own email

I noticed that using the "send email" in the zoho CRM panel has a 2mb limit in attachments. I need to know, is there a way to still use my normal email client to send emails with bigger attachments but still make that email appear on my Zoho CRM leads, accounts, contacts or potentials panel, just as if I had used the zoho mail ?

For example if I use my gmail account to send emails to my leads, contacts etc. How could those emails appear on the zoho panel ?

If there isnt way to do this, is there a way to increase the attachment limit so that it is higher than 2mb ?
