Using non supported variables in inventory templates

I am trying to add the following 2 variables in the Quote Template

${Contacts.Email}
${Contacts.Phone}

And I guess because they are not in the quote section of CRM, they don't allow them to be in the quote template. I just want to be able to reference the phone and email of the contact that is on the quote. I tried to add the fields to quote, but they do not dynamically link to those 2 fields.

Any Ideas?
