I have an Excel sheet, where I have the line items of orders from our web site.

The unique identifier for each record is the Order ID. Each line item for an order has this number in the first fields of that line in Excel.

When I import into Zoho Reports it is not treating this ID as the identifier, so when I try to use it - it is treating it as a number so I am not able to run the reports I need.

Can you let me know if I am doing something wrong?
