I have set up a new free account. I have gone in and enabled IMAP for the account and tried to set up both Outlook (Office 365, on Mac) and Apple Mail, following instructions.
The only "variable" part is whether incoming should be imap.zoho.com or imappro.zoho.com .... I have tried both but neither seems to work
The email account itself is working as I can send to and from it on web browser
Any thoughts as to what I may not have done correctly .. or to check ?
