Using RingCentral with the zohoCRM iPhone & iPad app
I have moved my business over to using RingCentral as our main phone service strictly because of it's "Premier" Integration with ZohoCRM. After buying my team LTE enabled iPads to use in the field (figure its cheaper than adding new phones and cellphone lines) I have found that the app doesn't seem to integrate at all with RingCentral. I was hoping we would be able to call out of zoho and see who is calling if they are calling in.
I am now stuck with 2 stand alone apps that won't even share contacts making this whole thing a net loss.
PLEASE HELP! Am I missing something? Does anyone know any way to allow these two to shake hands?
