Using Templates Does not Keep Reply to and From

Despite setting up specific From entries and Reply to entries in email templates, it does not retain those when you try to send an email to an individual. So, when I ask my secretary to send an email to a lead from me using a template, it only shows as coming from her in the email form that comes up when she chooses Send Mail and a template. How do we set these up so she can send on my behalf using templates?
