Using Templates for Cases in CRM

Hello,

When we create a case, we would like to update our contact for that case with information from the case that we generated in Zoho CRM. We create cases for our customers and would like to notify them of certain specifics from the case that we input into the CRM. I see that when creating email templates you can pull "merge field values" from cases but I can seem to figure out how to use the template to auto-populate with the case specific information to send to my clients. 

I have created a cases email template and also a email folder for case email templates.  When we input a case there are several details from the case that we would like to email the client (contact or account) but I can't seem to use the Cases Email template that would pull the Case specific information.

Any help would be great.
