Using Thunderbird and do not have a "zoho" email

We have just had our email transferred here to zoho and I am trying to set it up with Thunderbird. I do not have a zoho email account that I know of to set it up but my emails are coming through the zoho mail system???? I have the account setup directions for Outlook but it asks for a zoho email address. When I look at the email address on my zoho acct it shows the other server address...."@xxxxxxxxx.com".

Please advise!
