Hello folks, 

We have been looking at features from Zoho CRM's 2018 Release individually, and today, let us take a closer look at Zia Reminders. Before I get into the feature itself, please be informed that Zia Reminders, like any other Zia feature, is available only for the Enterprise Edition in Zoho CRM. 

As a sales rep you do your best in prioritizing which leads or contacts to follow-up with, and when. Zoho CRM helps you in prioritizing your records and activities for each day in multiple ways. But inspite of your (careful) planning, whether the lead attends to your call or replies to your email is beyond your control. Or should I say, "was"? 

Zia, your intelligent sales assistant in Zoho CRM helps you by suggesting a few best times to contact a lead, when the chances of conversing with the lead are higher. You can get in touch with your leads and contacts based on these suggestions. But wait, what if by the time you get to certain leads, their suggested best times are already over? Do you go ahead and call the prospect at random times or do you wait for the next day's suggested best time? In either case, you've lost your best shot at closing your tasks for the day successfully. 

Not to worry! With Zia Reminders, you can plan your follow-ups around the Best time to Contact suggestions. Simply select a bunch of records and set Zia reminders.

Zia will promptly send you reminders based on their respective Best time to Contact suggestions. 

Zia is essentially planning the day for you in such a way that you don't miss out on any activity and at the same time, contact all your prospects during the best time. You can set Zia reminders from the following places in Zoho CRM:
  • Records' list view page 
  • Records' detail page 
  • Home page - Classic View
