I started using zoho to catch all my mail from gmail and yahoo a few months ago.
Sending and receiving from zoho.com is more convenient than going to separate web mail and you can set up folders etc etc. All well and good...
However, there are two problems I noticed. The first is addressed on the gmail.com help files as well. When you send to hotmail it quotes your zoho.com address "on behalf" of your other address.. Sometines, this puts your mail into the spam folder, either automatically or maybe the person doesn't recognise your zoho.com account and plays safe with that mail and then doesn't get to read your mail straight away, if at all...
Secondly, unless you forward your spam mail from other accounts, you may find, like I did, that important mail that for some reason is falsely marked as spam will sit there and obviously you wont get it at zoho.com unless you do check the other web mail sites.
It may seem obvious to do so, but zoho seems to work so well that I did overlook this and it cost me- admittedly this is my fault, but it is something to be wary of if like me, you are in the novice bracket when it comes to email.
