We are successfully using the BCC to dropbox feature from our gmail accounts. Zoho does a great job of linking these emails to the appropriate customer.
However we would like an easy way to see all customer correspondence every day when we log in. Would it be possible for zoho mail to forward all BCC emails back to a short list of approved email accounts? Do you have another solution?
As an option we would love it if the BCC correspondence would show up on our Zoho CRM activities dashboard, then it would not have to be forwarded back to Gmail and we could rely on Zoho for our only dashboad
