Zoho seems like a cool product but I am having awful trouble trying to work out how to set it up for a business that sells services as opposed to products. 

We're a real estate agent and so have approx. 4 different chargeable services (aka products). However, I need to link the service provided to individual properties. A client could potentially have multiple properties...any suggestions?

In our business, having Accounts doesn't make sense as the Client is our main contact - Accounts is more for business to business sales. 

The Zoho user manual doesnt have much useful information on this subject...

any help would be appreciated!
