my spec is as follows:
1.) easy import of existing contacts/leads to ZOHO DB via Excel (ideally all data is encrypted locally prior to any cloud upload - I think this is on the roadmap already)
2.) relate 2nd excel table with product group codes to 1st master table (lead 1 has interest of certain product group codes 10, 15, 40, 87 etc.) - these codes should not be kept in a single cell
3.) easy export
4.) filter for any database field (country, role, language etc.)
4.1) filters should be combined
5.) mass mail to filtered list via secure domain name (anti spam), ideally a domain related to our company, not ZOHO
6.) create customised HTML mail (templates) which can be send to contacts/leads
6.1) ...track emails, what has been clicked etc.
7.) full web support
8.) read and/or write access for users outside the own company structure
9.) < 10.000 recs
10.) will there be a self-service, so that contacts can maintain their own data periodically (reminder email "are your data still up-to-date?")
11.) double opt-in to have receipients approval for receiving marketing email (that's mandatory in Germany)
12.) support for smartphones / mobile devices such as iPhone/Samsung Android...
13.) any other important, typical feature that I may have forgotten
Does ZOHO support most/all of these functions?
