We're using Zoho CRM for B2C management, adding new potential customers via an API post. I'm concerned about the current setup we have using the Deals module as our transaction tracking mechanism. Currently Deals are only triggered by creating Products and having our API strings include a Product Code and a Deal stage. This scenario is not scalable for our lead generation/sales business model, as we'll have hundreds of campaign types and products that need to be tracked.
Is there a more efficient was to track Customers (Contacts), that purchase multiple products from us than going through he Deals module?
