Using Zoho CRM for Telemarketing
Hi,
We need to conduct telemarketing to selected contacts in our data. We have 4 different campaigns which need to be measured separately (i.e some contacts need to be contacted as campaign "A", some as "B" etc).
I have created 4 x campaigns and added the required contacts to each campaign. How do the people doing the telemarketing know which contacts still need to be called, which are finished, which require a callback etc, plus how do I measure the campaign results?
I am struggling to see how Zoho can be effectively used as a telemarketing tool to measure different campaign results.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
