Since utilizing ZOHO CRM for every single member of our sales team (having a high possibility to raise a large number about 60 soon) seems to be an expensive option for us (when compared with other packaged solutions provided by some local vendors) , we have been wondering if it might be possible to develop an external application on ZOHO Creator (instead of a web application) that would work for circa 50 (of 60 ; remaining from our core team) persons in our sales team to use within their own (personal and basic) sales activities by only (just) retrieving the real-time product and customer data from ZOHO CRM to reduce our ZOHO costs.
Might there be someone to advice something us to speed up getting a result on this in addition to the documents on ZOHO support channels?
