Using Zoho for B2C telesales?

Hi all,

First post after reading some very positive things, just wanted some clarification a few items.

We are contemplating implementing Zoho in a strict B2C environment for a telesales company for a single campaign.
Leads will be imported via CSV, dialled by a team of agents (either with a dialler backend or manually), and if converted needs to be kept on the system for a series of aftersales called to ensure the entire process (as we refer to another company for our service but maintain full customer service ourselves) for anything up to three months.

As we only perform a one hit sale, so to speak, but multihit retention calls, how would it be possible to achieve this within Zoho? We don't have accounts, or repeat customers due to the nature of our business model. It is literally just:
Dial
Convert
Retain for two months with simple followup calls.
