Using Zoho mail with a registered Domain

OK. I have registered on Zoho mail and it has allocated me a 'zoho.com' e mail address. I wish to send mails from my Domain e mail address but if I input the host details to verify ownership as requested, will it migrate the hosting to the Zoho server? I don't want to do this! All I wish to do is for Zoho to host my e mail account online (which was previously on Outlook), so that I can read and send my e mails (using my domain suffix) from anywhere.
Excuse me if I am coming across as a bit thick, but I just want to make sure!
