Hello,
so im trying to setup zoho mail for my company. So far I love it and I found every option I needed ... However... one last thing I cant figure out:
I want a couple of ladies in a group called "customer service"... That group has a couple of Email adresses (rather aliases)...
So now one lady is answering an email (within that group)... at the moment, when lady two loggs in, she still sees the same email as unread, because she of course loggs in with her own account.
How can I make it happen, that all the people in this group are synced with their mails?
So that lady two actually sees that email was answered already, or another email was deleted...
because right now both of them have no idea what the other one worked off already.
