Using Zoho People for On-call Schedule

Hello-

Has anyone ever used People to create on-call scheduling?   If so, how?

What I like about People is the Leave calendar integrating with Office 365 so the user has it on his calendar and his manager can see his department leave at a glance.  That is very nice.  Is there a similar method or configuration that i can use to do the same with an on-call calendar? 

I like the idea of "shifts" in the Attendance module, but that doesn't put it in Outlook (a nice feature if it could), and the visibility/tracking isn't the same.  Unless I'm missing something.

We're an IT shop that has regular business hours of 8AM-5PM M-F and scheduled on-call resources on week nights 5PM-11PM and weekend on-call 8AM-6PM Sa-Su.

If anyone has suggestions, I'd be interested in hearing them.
