What I want: To use Zoho to manage a name@domain.com e-mail address in Gmail. 

I use namealerts.com to manage my domains and they themselves do not offer a full e-mail suite. However, I have two options: 1) forward emails to my Gmail or 2) "User (Standard MX Records)"

I can't do the former because with option #1, I can't send mail. Only receive. So I'm doing the second option, which works perfectly with Zoho. Problem is, I want all sending and receiving of e-mail to be done through Gmail. So, how exactly do I do this? I have tried and have gotten confused.

I have attatched screenshots of what I'm working with. I have no idea what to put in the destination folder.
