Using Zoho to track rep activity

I am using Zoho to track a small group of outside reps (15-20).  I would like to know how to construct a feature to track how many customers and leads my reps visit on a daily basis.  The best method I have seen thus far is to have the reps log an Event and close the event for their visit to the customer, adding a few notes to the event so they know what they talked about.

I would like to set up a dashboard to show how many stores my reps visit, but because the Events are logged between leads and accounts I have been unable to do so.  

Does anyone have experience with this type of situation, any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
