I use Replymanager.com to consolidate and manage my ebay and amazon communications in one place. 

I have used the suggested settings for imap in replymanagers accounts settings, but I get the following error when testing:

These are the settings I am using with TFA Off.

Incoming Server:  imap.zoho.com  Port:  993  Security type:  SSL
Outgoing Server:  smtp.zoho.com  Port:  465
