Usual DKIM and SPF Error

Hello,
as usual we are keeping the same SPF&DKIM error for a new customer. The configuration on our DNS was made correctly, but the customer still receive the allert.

The domain is: essedueservicesrl.it

Please, can any Zoho's people check this situation?
