It seems to me Zoho has changed their mail view completely into conversations
So I cannot access Inbox, Drafts, Templates and Sent Mails separately
I am seeing all mails with a label as Inbox, Sent Mail etc...
I wonder why you have done this - it is very user unfriendly
I keep a number of templates - I cannot access them
I want to check my Sent Mails history - Do you want me to go through all mails individually to see which is Sent and which is Inbox
Can you please revert me to the previous STANDARD MAIL VIEW - I just want normal email - Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Templates - can you please provide me with the same
