V2.14: Grouping Unattended Computers, MSI Deployment, and Android app

With the latest update, Grouping feature is available for unattended computers. You can organize your remote unattended computers based on your preference in to several groups for effective management. Login to your account and start grouping your computers, if you haven't already done it. We've also fine-tuned the speed, and quality of remote access sessions and have reduced the memory usage to ensure better performance.


IT admins who handle volumes of computers would require a bulk deployment method for quickly installing Unattended Client. Now get Zoho Assist Unattended MSI and deploy through Windows Group Policy. Detailed instructions of deployment are available on the above link.


Android app for Zoho Assist is up and available at the store. With the free app, you can support your remote customers on-demand or access your unattended computers on the go.
